Refund policy

EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM

1. Email us at CustomerCare@chalk-pot.com, and when you address us give us your order number and the name you used for the order. 

2. If you want to exchange clothing, please give us the size, style, and color that you would prefer. 

3. If you are returning an item because of damage or an imperfection, take a photo of the item and attach it to your email. 

4. If you just don’t like your Chalk Pot, let us know and we will email postage for the return and refund your money.
